Schedule Picture Day(s)

• Confirm a date that works for your club and your facility – consider a backup location if appropriate.

Team Scheduling

• We take care of all scheduling. We ask for team names, practice times and email addresses for both the coach(es), manager(s) and parents. Once the schedule is finalized, we will schedule a quick call to confirm it with you and make any necessary changes.
• Team picture times are adjusted to the team sizes to keep picture day organized and efficient.

Ordering

• Online pre-ordering is open seven (7) days before Picture Day. A link will be emailed to all the parents on the team. They are encouraged to pre-order to save on shipping and sales tax.
• A PDF version of the price list is available for electronic distribution.
• Buddy orders must be completed within twenty-four 24 hours of picture day.

We Come to Your Location

• We are equipped with professional cameras and lighting to take your photos inside your facility
• Designated photo stations and multiple individual and team photographers are provided for a fun and efficient photo day
• Our staff size is adjusted according to your league size
• We offer modern sport themed backdrops or use your natural environment

Photo Delivery Options

• We deliver all pre-orders to the club for distribution. Post-orders and re-orders are available from our website after pre-orders are delivered and are mailed directly to parents.
• Orders delivered to the club are packaged by team for easy distribution by the coach or manager.
• Photo orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks
